KiaChahiye Private Limited – Installment Terms & Conditions

By applying for an installment plan through KiaChahiye.com, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Application & Approval

• All installment applications are subject to strict approval and verification by KiaChahiye Private Limited.
• The company reserves the right to approve or reject any application without assigning any reason.

2. Verification Process

• The customer must provide valid and accurate information including CNIC, active mobile number, and complete residential address.
• Physical verification (home/workplace visit) may be conducted.
• Any false, incomplete, or misleading information will result in immediate rejection or cancellation of the application.

3. Advance Payment

• Advance payment is mandatory and must be cleared before delivery.
• No product will be delivered without confirmed advance payment.

4. Installment Payments

• Customer agrees to pay all installments on or before the due date each month.
• Delay or missed payments may result in strict action from the company.

5. Default & Recovery Policy

• In case of non-payment, delay, or breach of agreement:
  • The company has the full right to repossess the product without prior notice.
  • All previously paid amounts will be non-refundable.
  • The customer may be permanently blacklisted from future services.

6. Pricing Policy

• The total price of the product on installments will be clearly communicated to the customer before confirmation.
• Once agreed, the total payable amount will remain fixed and cannot be changed.

7. Product Responsibility

• After delivery, the product becomes the responsibility of the customer.
• Any damage, loss, or misuse will not be covered by KiaChahiye Private Limited.
• Warranty (if applicable) will be handled directly by the brand or supplier.

8. Right to Modify

• KiaChahiye Private Limited reserves the right to update or change these terms at any time without prior notice.

9. Customer Declaration

• By applying, the customer confirms that:
  • They are at least 18 years old
  • All provided information is true and accurate
  • They agree to comply with all terms and conditions stated herein

10. Legal Action

• In case of fraud, fake information, or intentional default, KiaChahiye Private Limited reserves the right to take legal action under the applicable laws of Pakistan.
